Restlessness Audit™ and personalised results

When you complete the Restlessness Audit™, we collect your responses and contact details so that we can calculate, display and send you your personalised result.

Your Audit responses may also be used to provide relevant recommendations, determine whether another resource or conversation may be useful, and improve the Audit and our services.

Providing your email address for delivery of your result does not automatically mean that you have agreed to receive ongoing marketing emails.

Where we invite you to receive career reinvention insights, newsletters or promotional updates, we will ask for that consent separately.

  • personalise information and recommendations
  • manage appointments and coaching conversations

We do not sell your personal information.

Email communications and consent

If you specifically opt in to receive our email communications, we may send you career reinvention insights, newsletters, information about resources, events, products or services.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails or by contacting us at david@davidonu.com.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending transactional or service-related messages that you have requested, such as your Restlessness Audit™ result, booking confirmations or information about a service you have purchased.

How we store and process information

We use reputable third-party platforms and service providers to operate our business. These may include website hosting, customer relationship management, email delivery, online forms and assessments, appointment scheduling, analytics, payment processing and related technology services.

For example, we currently use GoHighLevel to support aspects of our customer relationship management, forms, assessments, email communications, workflows and appointment processes.

These providers may process or store information on our behalf.

Some service providers or their infrastructure may be located outside Australia. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use providers with appropriate privacy and security practices.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

Our websites may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to understand website activity, remember preferences, measure the effectiveness of campaigns and improve our services.

We may collect information such as pages visited, referral source, device information and interactions with our website or emails.

You can control many cookies through your browser settings, although disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.

Source attribution

Where you follow one of our links from LinkedIn, email, a speaking event, QR code, referral or another campaign, we may record information about the source of your visit.

This helps us understand which resources and communications are most useful and improve our services and marketing.

Payments

Where you purchase a product or service, payment information may be processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other payment platforms used by the relevant website.

We do not ordinarily store your full payment-card details ourselves.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Where information is no longer required, we may delete, de-identify or securely dispose of it.
